since you put your expectations so high, you fail to fullfil them and get disappointed.

you just need to roll up your sleeves and get busy. just take few small steps to gain momentum. don't be afraid of imperfection and making mistakes.

I answer your question: at first I wanted to say that there is no relation between this two things and you can believe in barekat even if you are atheist but then it was some how strange for me
