آره.خدا بگم چيكارت كنه چشام كور شد.همون اول ميگفتي صفحه آخرو بخون...

اين هم يه نوع برق گيره.اما يه جورايي با بقيه فرق داره.تو اكثر وسايل الكتريكي جديد كه ميزنن اونو هم ميزارن.يه مداره.سرعت بالايي داره و تا يك چهارم پالس جريان مزاحم رو تشخيص ميده و مدار رو از برق اضافي (خصوصا" صاعقه) محافظت ميكنه........

Non-Gapped Design

Surge protector

 

A Surge Arrestor is installed between communication equipment and coaxial cable connector or between two communication equipments to protect communication equipment from damage caused by transient state voltage formed by lightning induction. It adopts quarter-wave technology, is designed according to VSW theory and frequency spectrum of lightning wave. It has features of quick reaction, big current passing capacity, wide frequency band, low VSWR, low insertion loss, easy installation and free maintenance. It can be used to meet protection requirements of various communication equipments and lightning sensitivity.

Use

 

An electrical appliance used to protect electronic equipment against lightning overvoltage transients. It is usually connected to wires (power phase line, signal line, zero line) and ground between being protective devices in parallel, when the lightning over-voltage the value of the required actions voltage, arrestor immediate to limit over-voltage amplitude lead to protection equipment and systems, enabling the system to work properly.

برقگيرهاي سيليكونيSURGE ARRESTERS اين برقگير براي استفاده در مناطق آلوده و شبکه هايي که ميزان رعد و برق بالايي دارند مناسب است. اين نوع برقگيرها محدوده ولتاژ 5kV تا 36kV را پوشش داده و قابليت تحمل انرژي تعيين شده طبق استانداردهاي IEC 60815 - IEC 60099-4 براي برقگيرهاي شبکه توزيع را به خوبي دارا مي باشند. توليد آن ها بر اساس استانداردهاي مذکور بوده و داراي گواهي تاييد از شرکت CESI ايتاليا مي باشند.

ساختمان برقگير

ساختمان اصلي اين برقگيرها از قرص هاي اکسيد روي مخلوط با چند اکسيد فلزي ديگر تشکيل شده است. اين قرص ها با درجه خلوص بالا، دانه بندي کاملا کنترل شده و به طور تمام اتوماتيک توليد مي شوند که سبب کيفيت عالي، قابليت اجرا و عملکرد مطمئن اين قطعات مي گردد. بر روي اين قرص ها پوششي از رزين داراي الياف شيشه و مقاوم به حرارت کشيده شده است که سبب پوشش کامل با فشار يکنواخت، استقامت مکانيکي و خواص الکتريکي مناسب آنها مي شود و در نهايت پليمر سيليکون براي پوشش خارجي برقگير بکار رفته است. محاسن برقگيرهاي داراي پوشش سيليکوني

برقگير تهيه شده از سيليکون نياز به تعميرات و نگهداري ندارد. چون سطح صاف سيليکون از چسبيدن هر گونه ماده اي جلوگيري مي کند. در محيط هاي بسيار آلوده اگر آلودگي روي آن رسوب کند در اثر بارش باران يا وزش باد خودبخود پاک مي شود.

ابعاد کوچک که اجازه نصب در هر موقعيتي (افقي، عمودي، يا مايل) را مي دهد.

هيدرو فوب (آب گريز) بودن، که اين خاصيت سبب مي شود قطرات آب بر روي سيليکون لايه اي پيوسته تشکيل نداده و از ايجاد جريان خزشي جلوگيري به عمل آيد.

اگر در اثر جرقه آسيبي به روکش سيليکون وارد آيد، لايه تخريب شده خود به خود ترميم مي شود.

کليه مشخصات مربوط به اين برقگير بر روي در پوش بالاي برقگير حک شده است. قطعات موجود در برقگير ها در صورت نياز:

پايه براکت عايق براي نصب برقگير

ديسکانکتور اتوماتيک که با براکت عايق بطور افقي نصب مي شود.

اين ديسکانکتور در اثر اصابت صاعقه جدا شده و از اتصال کوتاه شدن مدار جلوگيري مي کند. در اين حالت نياز به بازرسي هاي دوره اي است تا ديسکانکتورجدا شده برقگير،مجددا وصل و در صورت خراب شدن برقگير، براکت و ديسکانکتور جديد نصب گردد.
