The $100 million building, now under construction, will be largely completed later this year. Ruvo said he's presenting it as a gift to the clinic, one of the largest in the institution's history. The clinic will operate the facility as a branch of its neurological institute in Cleveland. Models and drawings of the Ruvo Center show it will be sharply divided in two sections.
