The Church and Santa Fe training Center, dedicated to Josémaria Escrivá Balaguer, is located on the west side of Mexico City in an urban context of recently completed projects. The completion of this project results in an urban space that is recovered, literally conformed by trash creating a representation of social and cultural values that have become a city landmark.

The architects began developing the architectural concept with geometrical strokes and enrolling in the repetition of the 7 golden rectangle, two curves referring to the Christian fish symbol and raised these curves with straight lines to a diagonal in the rectangle forming the cross of light, facing north.

Enrolled in this abstract symbolism, the set consists of three parts: The Temple is the main building stands out for its height and shape from the base of stone like the church itself, and the rest of the complex is traced as a duplicate of the curve that gives the origin.

The space is evolving curves in the straight lines of the cross at the top, we took advantage of this effect to allow sunlight entering during the day making interesting effects on the walls of the vessel and defines the axis composition from the main entrance atrium of the north where the light ends in the altar.

This geometry creates two walls outside cover it with zinc modules, scales that are directing the movement of the walls and create a texture of light and shadow with the sun’s journey, for coating the inside and integrates with maple wooden staves which is a very noble material that gives us warmth and flexibility to adapt to the curved shapes of the walls looking for the light that would never get to touch it.

The challenge begins with the site earmarked for the construction of the Temple, a place that was “recycled” because it was used as a dump and after analysis of soil mechanics turned out a very poor area with no cargo capacity, so for foundation design is a solution composed of circular piles as support for columns and the basement slab was designed as a mezzanine floor slab and the ground offered no reaction up.

Based on the form and the concentric disposition of the spaces, the program was divided in two floors, in the upper level is the temple, which entrance is determined based on the atrium and by the frame that are made by the walls at the base of the cross across del narthex and from there is discovered the great space of the nave, the congregation is oriented towards the presbytery that ends at the altar.

This magnificent space is iluminated naturally by the skylight on a cross shape, on the lateral side of the nave is located by the west of the confessionals, the baptistry and choir on the other extreme we placed a automatic doors that opens the lateral atrium which ends in a mirror of water which is the symbol of Baptisim and the trees that surround the context in second plane.

The structure of the temple, it was solved by steel columns with two non orthogonal directions, formed by four plates forming a box which has a similar behavior in all directions which benefits in earthquake load and wind load (the most important). The basement structure was solved with retaining walls of reinforced concrete.

The cover system for the exterior design with zinc, a material which has the benefit of its lightness, durability and flexibility also helps sound insulation for the interior design acoustics so that the absorption is concentrated in the rear and a line in the highest part to avoid echoes of reflections. The sides of the altar was left reflecting to project sound towards the audience, the speakers were placed on the different sound sources for both the eye and ear to the speaker to lead us, connecting the visual with the source.

Downstairs, we located the parish offices, services and Training Center, a chapel just below the sanctuary of the church and is dedicated to the Virgin of Guadalupe so we stand with lighting stars on her mantle curved wall.

Continuing with this concept Mariano the crypts are divided into two reasons: The first key issue is the recitation of the rosary, generating based on the 4 areas and niche lit alabaster representing parts of this sentence and the second is divided into appearances of the Virgin.

The white cube straddles the edge of the roof of the Queen Elizabeth Hall at the South Bank Centre. It is positioned for the interior to have both a wide over the Thames and Westminster and towards sunset. Due to the slight overhang, passersby will see the white cube as a roof-top feature from the terraces below.

NIGHT: THE CUBE GLOWING ON AND OFF

When the occupants switch on the light at night, white LED lights behind the recycled glass cladding light up the whole cube. When the occupants switch off the light before going to bed at night, the LED lights also switch off and the cube blends back into the darkness of the roof and the night sky.

INSIDE THE CUBE

The interior of the cube is seven metres long, seven metres wide and seven metres high. A large picture window positioned centrally within the room reveals the view towards Hungerford Bridge and Westminster. A smaller window adjacent to a seating area looks to the South towards the Royal Fesval Hall and the Millennium Wheel beyond.

A SQUARE OCULUS

A two metre square opening in the middle of the double height ceiling allows a constant view of the changing sky from the reclining posion on the mattress of the four poster cube bed directly below.

The Structure of the Cube will be constructed in Timber

Timber construction is lightweight yet heavy enough to resist uplift. Across its product lifecycle timber has the lowest energy consumption of any building material. Timber structures are carbon negative. Timber acts as a carbon sink. A solid timber Carbon Home contains 30-40m3 of timber, equivalent to approximately 32 tonnes of CO2. Recycling timber products into energy releases more stored energy than was used in the products production.

Cladding in Recycled Glass

Glass can be recycled indefinitely as part of a simple but hugely beneficial process, as its structure does not deteriorate when reprocessed.

Cladding Lighting in white LED Lights

LEDs are an extremely efficient form of lighting. They produce far more light per watt than do incandescent bulbs – this is useful for energy conservation. LEDs also have an extremely long life span.

ARTIST STATEMENT:

I always make one single work for each space, they are custom-built and site-specific – definitely not typical sculpture (that can be shipped from place to place and easily installed). These installations become a part of the space and use the architecture as not only a construction to work from and tie into, but also as inspiration for the form of the piece. In this case, the grid-like beams and columns that are signatures of Peter Eisenman’s

architecture provided the inspiration for the design of “Spread the ashes of the colors”.

Generally, I think about how the viewer is going to encounter the work from all different angles, entrances and exits, inside and outside. In these works, there is a sense of play, but also seriousness because obviously these pieces take hundreds of hours to make by hand as these pieces are always giant – this one takes up all available space within the gallery lobby. The process starts with a visit, sketches, and then computer models in which we design the piece, then we step into a white box, storefront, stairwell, or in this case a cinder-block/drywall Project Space, and we begin. The process is pretty straight-forward, after 12 years of making this type of work – we have encountered all sorts of installation issues, but they just make the work more challenging and interesting.

Master Plan Area

Our master plan proposal for the Norwegian city of Åndalsnes turns the old industry train tracks into a new kind of infrastructure for mobile buildings that can be rolled back and forth depending on seasons and situations. For example, we propose a rolling hotel, a rolling public bath and a rolling concert hall.

According to the Jury Report the jury appreciated that we did not propose new city blocks, public squares, boardwalks etcetera, but instead focused entirely on the existing rail road network and created something unexpected from it. They were also moved by the presentation material which they thought had a surreal mood with a magic and Tarkovsky-esk atmosphere that contrasted well with the sober and technical plans and axonometric drawings.

, the one should have a wide integrated space for leisure and recreation, two master-rooms, two bedrooms for the children, and all the necessary equipment to a holiday house…

Like the current residence style of the owners (on an island), the choice of the area where the house would be implanted also seems to be an island, but this time between two rivers, surrounded by a stunning landscape into the four cardinal points: Cerro Catedral to the West, Sierra Ventana to the South, the Golf to the North, and a canyon with a creek and lush vegetation to the East. This way the house should be sufficiently dislocated in the footprint composition to ensure that each volume can achieve a particular frame of the breathtaking nature…

IDEA:

The initial idea comes from the juxtaposition of volumes, each containing different functions, on one hand the social life and in the others the private life. When this volumes meet each other, mixing the geometry and the space, it generate dynamic routes between the activity and rest areas of the house, that getting in tension they experiment the transition between being supported on the rock to raise into the sky searching perfect visuals.

The morphology and materials used, were thought to achieve that the strong became in fragile, the solid in ethereal, the supported in support, the dynamic in static, and vice versa.

What is the largest human building scale?

A kind of village-feeling: our children are playing in the park, hearing their voice we are looking out of the window and they are able to recognize our face. So we imagined a building with two, three or maximum four levels. Also this is the height where the trees usually grow up to and where the chirping birds still can be heard, so we live close to the nature.

in Rosales del Canal is located in an area of residential growth in the south-west of Zaragoza. This is the first phase of an educational facility that will be completed with the primary education building. In agreement with the criteria on accessibility and preferably south-facing orientation of teaching spaces, the three buildings – Kindergarten, dining hall/gymnasium and primary – are arranged in a U-shape on the perimeter of the plot. The Kindergarten is a horizontal construction that develops a nine units teaching programme, around an independent playground on the southern side of the site. A continuous linear porch links between the different buildings.

The two main ideas that existed at the start of the project are based on children’s special perception of the constructed environment. The first idea has to do with scale and tries to combine the general volumetrics of the public facility with the more intimate and domestic scale that must accompany the child. The second idea fulfils the conception of the centre as a significant experience in spatial terms, related to the children’s creative world. The proposal has to do with the sensorial relationship between children and architecture, through the use of space, light, materiality and colour. The layout and the constructive logic of the project also respond to the determining factor of the need to execute the construction work in four and a half months.

The basic unit of the school is the classroom. The proposal pays special attention to the configuration of this space, establishing a correlation between this essential use and a shape that can be identified as an architectonic element that has spatial, structural and constructive unity. With a square ground plan, the truncated pyramid-shaped roofing of these spaces, completed with a skylight, responds both to the primary identification of the sloping roofing with the protective roof of the house and to the advantages of height and additional lighting in the classrooms. The greater height improves thermal conditions in summer and the zenith lighting counteracts the luminous contrasts on the inside, obtaining more homogeneous natural lighting. The shape of the roofing of the classrooms is repeated to cover significant spaces that occupy a larger surface area such as the multipurpose hall and the dining-room. From the outside, the roofing-skylight unit defines the profile and the fifth façade of the centre, visible from the houses situated on the other side of the plot.

The general configuration of the building responds to clearly organisational criteria, placing the classrooms around the patio, with the toilets and service spaces situated between them and communicated on the inside with the corridor and on the outside with the patio, via the continuous exterior porch. The lobby, the multipurpose hall and an administrative area comprised of the reception, the teachers’ common room, and the administration and management offices linked to the building access, complete the functional programme. The glazed spaces of the classrooms that look out onto the patio are protected from solar radiation by motorised slats, which also exist in the skylight. These are used to darken the classrooms at rest times. On the interior, the finish of walls and roofs with perforated laminated panels and circles of different diameters improves the acoustic comfort conditions and characterises the inner space.

The project generates four differentiated outdoor spaces: the entrance patio, where an extensive porch connects the accesses to the two buildings, where the children can be picked up; the main south-facing patio has different areas and textures: different tree species, fountains, lawn, sandpit, concrete paving and play area with rubber paving; the patio linked to the multipurpose hall, situated next to the street, and with a lawn and trees; and the patio that illuminates the lobby, with the presence of a very old olive tree.

Modular systems, based on light and dry construction, were considered appropiate, due to the need for the construction to be done as quickly as possible. The ventilated façade of phenol panels finished in natural wood and solar protection slats (horizontal anodised aluminium ones or vertical aluminium ones painted in colour, depending on the case) define the exterior shell of the buildings. The combination of horizontal and vertical wooden panels and coloured boards forms an apparently adventurous composition that introduces a playful air into the strict 1.20 x 2.40 m modulation of the façade, in accordance with the nature of the building. The orientation of the building, the thermal inertia of the façades and the solar protection elements, together with the installation of solar collectors, the radiant floor system and the mechanical ventilation, promote good energy performance of the buildings.

Contemporary housing is spreading into the more complex and (broad) concept of HABITAT.This housing project is impossible today without thinking of something much more complex, but simply the solution to meet a social need and right. In housing today, the motto “TOTAL HOUSING” seems justified. It represents the idea of understanding a wider habitat, a system of complex social relationships with the environment in search of enjoyment of life, mixing different ambits and different uses.

A habitat sensible to the singularities , designed for cultural exchange, uses, programs and activities in relation with work, communication and leisure. These human attitudes could not be more separate.The time of urban planning related to the division of time and space in 8h 8h 8h (hours for a tot m2 per person; time for work tot m2 per person, time for leisure tot m2 per person, time for the rest tot m2 per person) through which have been conceived modern cities with their standards, has given way during the last 15 years, to the possibility of a match to the activities between residential, recreational, educational, productive ,carried out in a 24-time continuum in which it is difficult to differentiate spaces for their activities.

Questioning the relationship between quality and quantity is the essence of this radical research. The Stairscraper is a real provocation on the possibility of extending the housing to a Total Habitat sensitive to individual needs in a collective whole. So the passage from the private cottages (no spaces social bookmarking) to social cottages, maintaining individual and intimate space is evident.

The Stairscraper is a superposition of individual singular garden houses with the same characteristic of the horizontal sprawl, but liberating the land and concentrating the uses and the energy. It is a social collective of individualities. The stairscraper is a complex 360 degree design that incorporates all kinds of common facilities and public spaces at different levels maintaining the intimacy of the individual space with the same quality.

The Seguin Island embodies the important link of the Seine across the metropolis, as has been shown all urban studies established through consultation with the Greater Paris.

The Seguin Island project demonstrates a new way of thinking the city in the urban plan based on principles of body types, shapes and sequences of spaces and using different types of buildings. This is not a simple program with densities, is a blend strategic design that will incorporate, on the basis of a precise specification, architecture projects to come.

The design concept, which the architects call “A Fluid Dream,” borrows from several sources. The surrealism of Salvador Dali is a driving force of formal fluidity of the design, while the concept of a nest egg is the source of privacy for the hotel units, derived from the affectionate nickname of the nearby stadium.

This dream hotel will occupy approximately 10,000 sq meters and will have about 1,500 square meters of courtyard space. The interior spaces are designed with a fluid formality, from columns to atriums and balconies; the spatial definition of the interiority of the hotel is soft and continuous. The design also includes the reformation of the stadium’s original concourse level, where it will be transformed into the hotel’s executive floor composed of several living spaces.

The interior space is designed from the user’s perspective. The layouts are determined according to individual movements, and the definitions of the spaces are softened to allow for an open fluidity of motion. Spaces are embedded with myriad sensory cues from spatial sculptures, multimedia, and two-dimensional graphics to light and odor. This multidimensionality creates the dynamism of a continuous, surrealistic space à la Dali.

A steel framework of the Bird Nest portion of the hotel defines many private air courtyard spaces that are connected to “egg villas.” These private villas and their private outdoor spaces connect to a closed corridor that leads users back to the main hotel space. The seclusion and privacy provided by the separation of rooms from the main lobby space amplifies the surreal and individual experience experienced by the visitors.

Situated adjacent to the original 1967 University Art Museum (a replica of an antebellum plantation home designed by noted Louisiana architect A. Hays Town) this museum building serves as a backdrop to the original and defines the edge of a new sculpture garden and plaza. The program includes lobby and public spaces, permanent collection and changing exhibit galleries, museum offices, and art support and archive.

Conceived of as a tightly wrapped solid, the construction module of the new museum responds to the structural rhythm of the original building in order to develop a strong organizational structure for the entire newly developed site. The building’s glass façade hovers above visitors entering the museum, reflecting in its surface the existing Hays Town building and live oaks of the surrounding sculpture garden. Depending upon position and time of day, the glass façade oscillates between opaque and transparent, and at night is rendered in a deep blue light through the use of cold cathode tubes located above perforated metal ceilings, serving to contrast the new museum with its older adjacent neighbor.

This exercise is an opportunity to educate people about Boracay through an accurate depiction of the island’s growth patterns and socio-economic morphology in the form of an air terminal. Through digital and parametric design process, factual information about the island was used to dictate form that begets a world-class status. The design evolves further with the integration of emergent patterns in nature and ubiquitous cultural elements of an undoubtedly Filipino identity.

Information Driven Design

The design aims to stand as an authentic representation of Boracay’s transformation from a nearly deserted stretch of beach to a pristine vacation spot for upscale tourists from all parts of the world.

To achieve this, different pieces of information from the island’s socio-economic profile were converted into line graph form, then superimposed with the timeline from when Boracay was discovered to the present. This act of overlaying formed an undulating grid pattern that ultimately became the basis of the building shell facilitated by digital and parametric modelling. As beaches are basically deposition landforms formed by water currents, the emergent wave-like form becomes an apt design feature.

Coral Reef Section

Boracay’s four-kilometer, talcum-fine beach is hailed as the “finest beach in the world”. The airport’s design was therefore patterned after the microscopic cross-section of corals, a significant source of beach sand particles. Perforations at the airport’s shell mimic coral reefs’ structural performance, densifying at points of high structural stress and becoming more spread out at points with less stress. These perforations allow natural lighting to flood the airport interiors while achieving structural stability.

Filipino Culture

While elegance and global-class are achieved through stark white and greyish hues, vibrant accent colors give the design a distinct Filipino character, as seen in vintas, banigs, jeepneys, and fiestas.

Sustainable Design

- Wind Flow / Shell Form

The arched and curvilinear roof form structure promotes natural cooling by harnessing the laminar airflow over its surfaces while achieving minimal wind flow disturbance, a much-needed element in airport design.

- Natural Lighting

Perforations on the roof shell serve as skylights that allow natural light to penetrate the interiors. Furthermore, the airport’s front and rear facades are almost wholly enveloped with curtain wall glass systems. All glass surfaces are high-performance glazing that integrates heat gain prevention principles such as low-E glass and double paned argon-filled panels. Ceramic frits will be used to reduce interior glare and solar heat build-up in the concourses.

- Solar Management

The skylights will have transparent solar cells that collect energy from the sun. They can be used to provide power for LED night accent lighting. To ward off heat, the smooth surface and light shade of the roof will reflect energy and limit heat gain.

- Natural Ventilation

Being in a tropical climate, the airport is designed to be efficiently ventilated through the use of operable glass panels and louvers. During initial phases of construction and where budgets are often limited, the air-conditioning of the whole terminal can be installed at a later time. And even when it is already artificially cooled, the structure will still be able to breathe in the event of power shortages (which are a common occurrence in the

. The concept for the building comes from the perceptions of the connection between art and technology. It is derived from the architect’s own reflection on art that expresses the way people live and think, and technology as that which transports us beyond that expression. The Intercontinental is an architectural proposal in space and light with the users as the net of expressions that gives technology the meaning to exist.

The building is developed vertically and is composed of a square base from which two buildings rise, a hotel center and a housing complex, and create the global structure. Ramps are designed as the main circulation around the court, which is an off-axis void in the center of the square base. The organization of the volumes places an emphasis on movement through the spaces and the network of connections, or misconnections, that are created as users move through the space.

. Therefore, the formal expression of the architecture is a manifestation of the concepts that drive the project: art and technology. The facade becomes a fundamental, iconic element in the expression of the synthesis between art and technology. A metallic mesh combined with bamboo develops a net that wraps the building in a translucent, and natural skin (developed by Nativemesh). The combination of the natural material and the minimal elegance of the stainless steel create a gentle, textural mesh that is strong and flexible in its applications.

A bionic shape, as a living organism rising from the ocean, rests on the coastline. The form, inspired by the natural topography along the river, interacts with the surrounding and appears as an incarnation of the nature itself, becoming a significant watermark, that announces the arrival to the charming

, visible and accessible from the city and the sea. The marine creature lays calm, surrounded by splashes of water dropped all around on the ground and shimmering in the sun and in the dark. The overall effect embodies a good, harmonious dialogue between harbourfront and city. The continuous outline in self-compact cement of the building, its effect of smoothness and watery fluidity emphasize the dynamicity of the site. Some scales come off and the skin offers transparency, allowing view and light to pass through.

The surroundings (parcel B and C) are conceived as green park, open and accessible day and night-time; an integrated events technology announces a flexible schedule of cultural, recreational events that will transform the zone from an arrival and departure point into an attractive, destination space. The sustainable plan is the driving force in this regeneration vision: emphasizing the great natural potential of the scenic location, the infrastructural district of the terminal becomes an extraordinary, catalytic hub of work, culture and leisure. People, without difference of age, will come not only for a cruise tour but also for enjoying sitting in the park between art installations, doing tai-chi facing the sea at the sunset.

The multifunctional centre draws people inside, attracting with its shops, cafes and panoramic restaurant. Nighttime a movie premier as a concert or water show engage public. Car circulation has been planned underground not only for maximizing the efficiency of the terminal, not interfering with pedestrian traffic, cyclists and strollers, but especially for not spoiling the vibrant scenario. The curve geometry of one side of the structure extends and grows as lines of a whirlpool through the adjacent greenery, creating an unexpected network of social spaces, a recreational park where environment, water and activities gather people.

The ‘sea’ moves into the land, establishing and strengthening a previous absent connection. Water (water-puddles, water fountains, water screens interacting with light, water shows) is the leitmotif in the new landscape. On the other side as a simple extension, a long limbless reptile snakes in the grass, leaning over the bank of the ocean. It’s a platform for video projections, open-air musical or theatrical performances. The powerful context of the borderline with the fascinating, magical backdrop of the ocean has been used as scenographic, inspiring stage for sound and light art. Shaded outdoor areas niche the visitors; temporary art exhibitions, creative workshops, sporting events delight relaxing moments.

Developing harbourside recreational, commercial and cultural activities the new symbolic gateway to this maritime city improves the attractiveness of the area, adds cultural value, integrating urban fabric with waterfront green arcade. As a consequence of the energy of the surroundings, the inside of the building features the same dynamism of the external shape: the fluid space allows light to flow the circulation and the flexible volume combines various activities.

A large atrium, rising up until the second floor, serves as instant reference point and connects with the check-in area at the first floor. A series of running stairs, as a fluid grid of flow lines, interweaves floors and activities, favoring interaction and movement. All around the third floor runs a panoramic terrace; restaurant, convention hall, library, gym centre and other commercial spaces benefit from the breathtaking view. A café’ on the opposite site of the main hall, at one extremity of the terminal, opens the public interior space to the landscape space, as pleasant moment of transition and connection. The exterior layer of the façade is composed of metallic panels that respond to the environmental condition.

The Savor of Culture Traditional symbolic elements – such as the megamendung (raincloud) batik motif in the facade; the Minang-house arch of the main bridge of the stadium’s reception plaza; and the allusion to the headdresses of ondel-ondel (the giant puppet mascots of traditional Betawi festivals) in the binding ring of the stadium – are applied to let the building speak in a design language of symbols whose meanings people can directly sense – and whose essential value they will take part in realizing, and come to cherish, in the long term.

The project will organize innovative and educative exhibitions, and bring science closer to the general public. The main goal of the Centre for Promotion of Science will be to facilitate scientific education, continuous training as well as social and economic growth, both with direct action, and in partnership with other actors – primarily the Ministry of Science and Technological Development and the Ministry of Education.

The purpose of the competition was to develop an architectural design for the Centre for Promotion of Science as well as proposals for the urban development of the entire Block 39.

will be floating high above the ground. It operates on three levels. Firstly, on the level of the City of

it will be an optimistic sign positioned on one of the main routes of the city. Secondly, for Block 39 it will be a sign, canopy and portico. Thirdly, as a building programmed to promote science it displays and plays on visions of technology and construction. The architectural language of the centre will strongly be one of technology and the display of structural principles. A special role is given to the underside of the centre; it will have mirroring qualities, able to reflect all the movement on the ground as well as the visitor who by entering the centre penetrates the reflections of the Earth’s surface.

Firstly, we are opting for an elevated city detached from the ground. Only pillars and elements of circulation shall touch on the ground. We are proposing a floating city, buildings on pilotis leaving the entire ground free.

Secondly, the entire site is usable and accessible to everybody. Buildings do not block vision and movement. The terrain will be occupied by a multitude of different vegetations, exotic and local plants, waterlines, bike routes and jogging paths. The functional segregation of the modernist movement is replaced by the complexity of simultaneities. Below ground a slab accommodates parking and service functions. The ground level is covered by a variety of vegetations and allows for a city of pedestrians. 65% of the site is green and almost all of the ground level allows for free vision.

. The site has a history as one of the city’s main industrial sites, giving the building a special identity as a place where Industry and knowledge meet.

UCN IMAGO is an educational center, consisting of 4 buildings arranged around a common space. All 4 buildings are oriented towards this central space, each having a finger within the central space – or a wing of the ‘butterfly’. This Central Space is the building’s nucleus and professional meeting point, where there is a pulse and synergy between the various professional educations, helping create an environment which radiates life, interdisciplinary and exchange of knowledge.

The central space is magnificent and unique. As the building’s pivotal point, it allows great visual contact to each of the buildings “wings”, creating intimacy and cohesion in the education environment.

The main level contains spaces for public and group functions and activities. The other levels include educational facilities, grouped in 4 large families as requested by the client – 3 wings for UCN’s Technology & Business and 1 wing for continuing education – an education towards a new business career.

There are many different rooms to relax and find peace. In the tall atrium, under and along the balconies, in the small meeting rooms allocated for group and individual work, on top of the auditorium, and in all the small nooks and cranny located sporadically around the facility.

The curving overhangs and balconies in the central space create a living structure. These overhangs and balconies help protect the facade and act as sunscreens, giving a longer use of the classrooms, before the sunscreens are required to shade the sun. The choice of materials is based on the Eternit site’s industrial past. Perforated steel plate and various types of colored aluminum plates are used. The exterior face of the overhangs are clad with galvanized steel plates and the undersides are clad with different colored aluminum plates.

The building is designed as a high efficiency building. From the start of the design process, there has been a focus on energy efficient solutions, so that the environmental impact and architecture go hand in hand. The intent is to use the sun’s rays to their maximum potential, resulting in amazing daylight conditions as well as additional energy to the building.
