Simple present

Subject + verb

Do ‘does + subject + verb

Subject + don’t / doesn’t + verb

It- she-he + verb.es.s

We never use (es.s) with does in question

Present progressive

Subject + am. is / are + verb.ing

We change am is are place with the place of the subject

Subject + am is are + not + verb

Present perfect

Subject + have / has + past participle

Have has + subject + past participle

Subject + have not_ has not + past participle

Present perfect progressive

Subject + have / has + been + verb.ing

Have + subject + been + verb.ing

Subject + have not / has not + been + verb.ing

Past progressive

Subject + was / were + verb.ing + when + simple past

Gerund

Verb . ing used as noun

Use gerund as subject

Speaking English for a long time has made tired

Use gerund as object of verb

Enjoy _ dislike_ miss _ mind_ avoid_ deny_ finish………

Use gerund as object of preposition

Of_ with _ with out _ in _ on_to_by………..

Using the second verb after the first verb

  • Let _ make _ bid….. + verb


  • Enjoy _ dislike …. + verb.ing


  • Remember _ stop ……. + (verb.ing) or (to. Verb)


  • every verb other than 1_2_3_ parts + to. verb


The passive

  • Subject + verb + object = object + am / is / are + past participle


  • Subject + past verb + object = object + was were + past participle


  • Subject + am is are + verb.ing + object = object + am is are + being + past participle


  • Subject + was / were + verb.ing + object = object + was / were + being + p.p


  • Subject + have / has + past participle + object = object + have / has + been + p.p


  • Subject + had + p.p+ object = object + had + been + past participle


  • subject + ( can / could_ shall / should _ will / would _ may / might _ must / had to/ has to / have to_ to be going to ) + verb +object = object + (“””””””””””””””””””””””) + be +past participle


  • Subject + will + have + p.p +object = object + will + have + been + p.p


First / second / third / new condition

  • If + simple present , will + verb ( future _ real _ possible )


  • If + simple past , would + verb ( present _ unreal )


  • If + past perfect , would have + past participle ( past _ unreal )


  • If + subject + should + verb , imperative


Example : If you should see her , just tell that I waiting for he .

Note : 1. we can use unless in state of if not .

2. We should use were in state of was in 2nd condition
